This ½ day workshop is designed to increase awareness by comparing and contrasting provocative case studies that depict insensitive behavior. This 1-day course dissects many aspects of workplace relationships, ranging from natural human behavior to cultural and generational influenced behaviors. Many organizations mistakenly channel much of their resources on avoiding assumptions without first understanding why these conflicts exist. This 3-day seminar offers a bold look at race.
